Order Changing Questions

  • I ordered the wrong size; can I still change this?
    • Yes you can, but you have to act fast. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately we cannot change the order anymore. So if you need a change in size, contact our support team ASAP via Please include your order number when contacting our support team.
  • I used the wrong address; can I still change this?
    • As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this in our back-end system. Please provide the correct address and order number to
    • Once your order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case, you need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.
  • I changed my mind; can I still cancel my order?
    • As long as your items are not in print yet, you can still cancel your order. When your item(s) are "in print" we cannot cancel anymore since they are already being made. Please include "Cancel Order #ORDERNUMBER" in the subject line of your email.

 General Questions

  • Can I also contact you by phone?
    • Currently, we run all of our support digitally; therefore, there is not a need for us to have a phone number to run support through. Our systems in place are pretty streamlined and we strive to answer your questions in a timely manner.
  • Where are your items made?
    • It depends on your country of residence. We use three factories in the USA and one in Europe. Where your items are made depends on the factory closest to you. This helps us get your items to you the quickest way possible.
  • Why is everything priced in US Dollars? I am outside the USA.
    • Even though we ship worldwide, we operate in the USA. This does not mean you cannot order from us if you are outside of the USA. The credit card companies and PayPal will simply use your own currency on checkout.
  • Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
    • You can only use one discount code per order. Multiple codes are not supported on our website.
  • I would love to promote your products. Do you have an Affiliate Program?
    • We can offer you a 10% deal on all our items. Details for the Affiliate Program can be found on this page.
  • Do you also work with social media influencers?
    • Yes, we do. Contact us at for details!

Shipping And Handling Questions

  • Where do you ship to?
    • We ship worldwide!
  • How long will it take for my item(s) to be delivered.
    • This answer is twofold:
      • Production Times
        • Keep in mind, we print on demand. Everything is made just for you in the USA and Europe (printing, cutting, sewing). Some items can take up to 2-7 business days to make. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
        • Over 90% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. We do everything possible to get your order to you in a timely fashion.
      • Shipping Times
        • Shipping times depend on where you are shipping to. Please refer below to help you estimate. We currently do no offer expedited shipping.
          • USA: 3-5 business days via USPS/3-8 business days via FedEx SmartPost.
          • Canada: 5-10 business days.
          • Worldwide: 10-20 business days.
  • I didn't receive all of my items within the same package.
    • To ensure the best quality possible, we work with different factories for our items. For example, shoes are made in a different factory than bedding. Therefore, in those instances, it is possible to receive separate deliveries.
  • What do you charge for shipping?
    • We believe that quality should speak for itself, so we only charge shipping for one-off orders. For everything you order over $100, shipping is on us!
  • Customs charged me extra for my delivery.
    • We are sorry to hear about the custom fee, however, it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately, some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for importing.
  • I cannot track my order via your tracking page.
    • You will be sent an email once your item is printed and sent out for delivery. From there, our tracking kicks in. You will automatically receive an email that your item is coming, including a tracking code.
